I like designing, the beginnings of the art of printing and the paper that has progressed with the gentle times.

Illustration, which creates colours and shapes from images, and art, which expresses the words I want to convey from the colours and sensations of paint.

They are all important work for me.

Born in Aichi Pref, Japan

Received an illustration reward since 1995 when I was in high school

Graduated from a private art junior college in Aichi prefecture Graduated from a vocational school design course

Employment at a printing company Commercial design After working offline (advertising creation), became independent

2004 Established design office "atelier s"

Designer activities:

Design mainly for making advertisements on paper media (offline)

Propose the texture and familiarity of paper

I'm drawing a pop and cute illustration

The illustrators I admire are Norman Rockwell and Lucy Cousins.

He used to wait for the bus while reading his novels.

He loves Ibaraki.

When he was a child, the photograph taken on Dragon Boat Festival was of him happily waving a carp streamer in his hand in a flowerbed and smiling.

When he was a baby, he was a big boy moving energetically in his mother's arms, and his father's backside watching him nearby. This is a photograph of a close-knit family of three.

As a child, my father told me about the sights of Ibaraki, such as Tsuchiura and Hitachi.

He is relaxed and generous, and I like Ibaraki the way he likes it, too.

Nice to meet you. I'm Masayo f Sakai, Orient , painter , illustrator and designer.

I like flowers and nature.

The harassment aggravated my heart condition. with stenosis in the pulmonary artery area

In the Edo period it was a splendid town with a double moat.

Today there are no social contacts, no shops, nothing.

After the late Showa period, it changed into a run-down town, but for me, it is a good town with memories of where my ancestors from generation to generation spent their lives.

It was a gentle town with dazzling sunsets, with the streetcars of my father's time, the Komaki station building that was a local line, and the vitality of the shopping street.
